FALSE PROPHETS.

Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit, you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? We live in times when it is difficult to identify a man of God and many Christians are being led astray by false prophets, Jesus compared false prophets to a wolf which is the opposite of a sheep { Mathew 7:15-16},” so many Christians are falling victims because we yearn for quick fix.” But By their fruit, you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? It’s impossible there is nothing you can ever get from them.

I like this phrase, by their fruits you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Verse 16, what are some of their fruits. 

1, Their prayers are at a cost, “it’s written {Mathew 10:8}, Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.”

2, They give trees, remember,” it’s written {John 4:24}, God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

3, They process Christ and give him through water, what is the secrete here," each time you accept taking their water it's a credit for them because it's a point of contact. in case they want to access you they tress for their water thus getting you.

4, They behave like companies in that they manufacture Christ and sell him intangible thinks like hankers and foodstuffs 

5, They give salt and candles “I was a victim at one time because I lacked this knowledge due to need for a quick fix”

6, Before they start their services they praise some spirits, most of you know this but your eyes are blindfolded please wake up, we worship in spirit and truth. Yes I know because I was at one time a victim or their prey. Exodus 20:3-4 “You shall have no other gods before Me. “You shall not make for yourself an idol or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth.

Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a female slave who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of money for her owners by fortune-telling {Acts 16:16}, some Christians are caught here, they always want people to prophesy about them, false prophets do see in future because they are always posed with the bad spirits but remember they do not have the power to change your future.

Be aware of this, for false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.  See, I have told you ahead of time.  “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it {Mathew 24:25-26}. Yes, they will tell you to remove your underwear to smear your oil but be wise, they will ask to have sex with you but be aware no one knows the time and the hour.

They even interpret dreams, dream and get visions, “If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder comes true, concerning which he spoke to you, saying, ‘Let us go after other gods (whom you have not known) and let us serve them,’ you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams; for the Lord, your God is testing you to find out if you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul { Deuteronomy 13:1-3}. Remember he is the grand designer of your life and future.

Here he says, I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please {Isaiah 46:10}.’ If someone prophesies about you do not be surprised your existence was planned by the grand designer, let us read in the book of {Jeremiah 29:11}, For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future and remember when the right time comes.

It’s written’” {Isaiah 60: 21-22}, Then all your people will be righteous and they will possess the land forever. They are the shoot I have planted, the work of my hands, for the display of my splendor. The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.”

They will never teach you righteousness nor will they edify you about the fruits of the spirit in Galatians 5:22, furthermore, they will never tell you to repent for your sins, read this, The visions of your prophets were false and worthless; they did not expose your sin to ward off your captivity. The prophecies they gave you were false and misleading {Lamentations 2:14}.

For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ? No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds {2 Corinthians 11:13-15}, more still every prophesy is tested by the word of God.

You may say in your heart, ‘How will we know the word which the Lord has not spoken?’ When a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not come about or come true, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously or rudely; you shall not be afraid of him {Deuteronomy 18:21-22}, its written Mathew 7:21-22, Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Let me make their acts known to you:

Their not doers of the word, they marry and divorce every day, self-exultation is their game, Before they pray for anyone they ask huge sums of money yet Jesus said Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest Mathew 11:28. And do not expect them to leave, they will be there because there are there to test you.      

Beloved, do not believe every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they are from God because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this, you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God {1 John 4:1-2}, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. In other words, false spirits do not bear the fruits or the character of Jesus Christ as in Galatians 5:22,

But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come {John 16:13}, last but not list let us pray for them such they can see the way of the Lord, its written,"  Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?’ { Ezekiel 33:11}

it's your duty to intercede for them, When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood {Ezekiel 3:18}.

Lord, there are a lot of ravenous wolves in the world disguised as sheep, just waiting to pounce on the weak, the needy, the helpless, the hopeless, and those who lack knowledge of your word. Lord Jesus, help them. Open their eyes that they would see
